Youth Programme

Te Tuhi Young Creatives

Te Tuhi Young Creatives is a programme of peer-led experiences and events for young people in a variety of settings throughout Auckland. †

Peer-led learning is a recognised model of engagement that supports and encourages young people to develop, test and realise their own ideas, shaped by their own experiences and creative encounters. As a platform to support informal learning opportunities, creative and critical thinking skills and social confidence, peer-led learning programs have been run for over a decade now at art institutions around the world, including the Whitney Museum of American Art; Tate Britain; and Museum of Contemporary Art Australia.†
